1;In the morning I take it on table spoon in one glass of mild warm water.(Detoxify).
I do this once every fifteen days.
2: Apple cider vinegar is good for organ where stones can build ,it can clean your kidneys if taken as given above 
3: If you consume it at night the same way as given above just before bedtime you will have good night sleep and will rise fresh and happy.(but do it once in a week).

Apple cider vinegar is really good but remember it is not a medicine.Use it as a detoxing agent and that too not on regular base.
