 Cheap And Easy Dinner With Five Star Feeling:

I am going to show you a way to make a dinner with one basic item that will end up having three or four main dishes.Sounds good.And the preparation time will not be more than an hour.



Chicken Based Dinner:

One kg chicken meat with bones
Take fresh meat then place it in a big pan. Add two liters of water in it.
Add one table spoon of ginger garlic paste.
Put the pan on stove and boil it for 30 minutes to prepare tender chicken with a lot of broth.Now we will distribute pot chicken and broth in three portions to make three dishes.
Now we will prepare three dishes with this chicken broth.

1: Chicken Corn soup (or any other soup)

2: Chicken Curry with vegetables

3:Rice with chicken

1: Chicken Corn Soup 

 Take three cups of chicken broth and add these vegetables.
1 carrot, sliced
1/2 bulb garlic, cloves smashed
1 handful coriander or parsley10.Strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve and discard the solids.
Let the broth cool slightly before using.


To make the chicken corn soup:


In a medium pot, combine the chicken broth, shredded chicken, corn, and salt.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.In a small bowl, whisk together the cornflour and water.Slowly
 add the cornflour slurry to the soup, stirring constantly, until the desired thickness is reached.In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the egg whites into the soup.
Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, and vinegar to taste.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings, such as spring onions, chili sauce, and vinegar.Tips:For a richer flavor, you can roast the chicken bones in the oven before making the broth.To make the soup creamier, you can add 1/2 cup of milk or cream at the end of cooking.If you don't have cornflour, you can use cornstarch instead.You can also add other vegetables to the soup, such as carrots, celery, or onions.For a spicier soup, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce.
Using this method you can add chopped cabbage into shredded chicken and broth to make cabbage soup as well.

Chicken Curry:

Take boiled chicken pieces . Chicken breast pieces will do good.Fry them in oil to golden brown color.
Saparate fried pieces and use the oil to make curry paste.
Ingredients:

1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder (or paprika, to taste)
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the chicken, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.

Heat the oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the tomato and cook until it has broken down and released its juices, about 5 minutes more.
Add the chicken and marinade to the skillet or pot. Bring to a simmer and cook until the chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
Stir in the cilantro leaves and serve with rice or naan bread.
Tips:

For a richer flavor, use ghee instead of vegetable oil.
If you don't have Kashmiri red chili powder, you can use paprika instead, but be sure to start with a small amount and taste as you go, as paprika can be more spicy.
To make the gravy thicker, you can add a tablespoon of cornstarch or flour mixed with a little water.

You can also add other vegetables to the curry, such as potatoes, carrots, or peas.

Rice:

 1:Some bones and broth will be used to make these rice.
2:Two medium potatoes peeled and cut into four pieces 
3:Soak two cups of long grain rice in water.

Take a deep pot.Put one chopped onion in it put half a cup of oil and put it on the stove.
Fry onion to golden brown color.Add little water .
Then add one table spoon of ginger garlic paste,one chopped tomato.one table spoon of salt ,two green chili one table spoon of ground masala (black pepper, cloves, cinnamon,zera etc) and pieces of potatoes.
Add four cups of chicken broth and bones.Boil then add soaked rice .
You should soak rice before starting to cook.
When the rice come to a boil ,slow down the flame.
Cover the lid and leave it for 15minutes.

Yogurt and Salad:



Take one cup of yogurt and add some chopped mint , onion and salt to taste.
Cut cocumber, tomatoes onions and other vegetables you like to make a colorful salad plate.
Now your dinner is ready.

My Favorite Sweet Dish:

Fruits cocktail is my favorite sweet dish .You can use small pieces of apple, banana,grapes, pomegranate abd whatever fruit you like . Place them in a bowl.add one tin of condensed milk and honey as you like it.I have not seen any dessert more healthy than this .


You can use this same method for beef and mutton.
But in this case mutton and beef roast with rice would do much better.
