Why I Disallowed Pets?

Life is incomplete without a hobby. In 2023 life has changed a lot.But hobbies are still premitive.Perhaps our body might be 30,40,or whatever age but our souls are thousands of years old.Plants and animals are part of our life and love .I love animals but not in a house.I love plants everywhere. So I am a plant lover and not a pet lover .But my city lifestyle is responsible for that not my love or hate relationship with animals.

Keeping a pet is just like raising a child and if you are a mother for last 20years you might not like to raise another soul in the form of animal.

Reasons For Not Liking Pets:

Keeping a pet is a lifetime responsibility, and it is important to be fully aware of what is involved before getting one. Pets require a significant investment of time, money, and energy, and they deserve to be loved and cared for throughout their lives.

Here are some of the things to consider before getting a pet:

Financial commitment: Pets can be expensive to care for. You will need to budget for food, vet care, grooming, and other supplies.
Time commitment: Pets need regular feeding, walking, and playtime. They also need to be groomed and taken to the vet for checkups and vaccinations.
Lifestyle changes: Having a pet may require you to make changes to your lifestyle. For example, you may need to adjust your work schedule so that you can walk your dog during the day, or you may need to find a pet-friendly sitter when you travel.
Training commitment: Most pets need to be trained. This can take time and patience, but it is important to train your pet so that it is well-behaved and safe to be around.
Lifespan: Pets have different lifespans. Some pets, such as dogs and cats, can live for 10-15 years. Others, such as hamsters and goldfish, have shorter lifespans. It is important to be prepared for the long-term commitment of pet ownership.
If you are considering getting a pet, it is important to do your research and choose a pet that is a good fit for your lifestyle. You should also make sure that you are prepared to commit to caring for your pet for its entire life.

It is also important to note that getting a pet on impulse is not a good idea. It is important to think carefully about the decision and make sure that you are ready for the responsibility. If you are not sure whether or not you are ready for a pet, it is best to wait until you are more certain.

Here are some additional tips for responsible pet ownership:

Adopt from a shelter or rescue organization. There are many wonderful animals in shelters who deserve a loving home.
Get your pet spayed or neutered. This helps to reduce the number of unwanted pets in the world.
Microchip your pet. This will help you to find your pet if it gets lost.
Keep your pet's vaccinations up to date. This will help to protect your pet from diseases.
Provide your pet with a safe and comfortable home.
Feed your pet a healthy diet.
Exercise your pet regularly.
Give your pet plenty of love and attention.
By following these tips, you can be a responsible pet owner and provide your pet with a happy and healthy life.

Keeping in mind all the above reasons I can't think about owning a pet but I can easily adopt a plant.

Reasons For Having Plants as A Hobby:

I started keeping plants intially because of their medicinal value. But later on I realized how easy it is to grow plants and how beneficial it is to adopt it as a hobby which requires your attention and nothing else.
Keeping beneficial plants around your home can bring happiness in your life in many ways. Here are a few examples:

Plants can improve your mood and reduce stress. Studies have shown that spending time in nature or even just looking at plants can have a calming effect on the mind and body. This is because plants release phytoncides, which are natural chemicals that have antibacterial and antifungal properties. Phytoncides can also help to boost the immune system and reduce stress levels.
Plants can improve air quality.
Plants absorb carbon dioxide and other pollutants from the air, and release oxygen. This can help to improve air quality in your home, especially if you live in a city or other polluted area.
Plants can increase creativity and productivity.
Studies have shown that people who work in environments with plants are more creative and productive than those who don't. This is because plants can help to reduce stress and improve mood.
Plants can provide a sense of accomplishment.
Caring for plants can be a rewarding experience. It's satisfying to watch your plants grow and thrive, and it can give you a sense of accomplishment.
Plants can make your home more beautiful. Plants can add a touch of nature and beauty to your home. They can also help to create a more inviting and relaxing atmosphere.
